The location of the hotel was perfect, just across the railway station. Our room was recently refurbished and there were no foul smells anywhere in the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was sparkling clean with excellent lighting. The staff were very kind and effective. The breakfast, although not very diverse, was still good with fresh bread and fruit. I had a great experience at Arok and would recommend it.

The room was a nice size and tastefully decorated with a separate toilet and bathroom when upgraded. The hotel was in a TOP location adjacent to Christmas markets and the cathedral, the train station and old town and the main tourist attractions.

Was a lovely base for trip. Overall I think it was a stunningly beautiful hotel, good value. Venue's location was marvellous as it was right by a train station. The staff were both courteous and welcoming.
